Joey Daze
Joey has been working in a kitchen, prepping salads and washing dishes, since he was 13. Since then, he's always worked in F&B in some capacity, eventhough his studies took him in another direction. After moving to Hong Kong, all changed and his part-time passion became his life. He has worked in many restaurants and Smokey Joe's is the latest of his restaurant ventures, but this time, with Joey at the helm, like he's always wanted to.
